Complete and sign the vendor contract agreement

To start the process, choose which shows and details you want to be a part of and sign the vendor contract agreement. Once your information is received, Gina Cramer or Ryan Kolder will be in contact with you on next steps and invoice.

Full payment due 30 days prior to the show to secure your spot!

We will send you the invoice to your email to make sure all items are correct. The sooner you pay it, the sooner you officially have a spot at our show!

The final payment is due 30 days prior to the show date. Once the full payment is received, your registration will be guaranteed.

PAYING BY CASH OR CHECK — we recommend sending in your payment ASAP to reserve your spot. Please mail to:

PAYING BY ACH BANK TRANSFER AND CREDIT CARD — we will need to send you a Quickbooks invoice to process an ACH transfer or a credit card once we receive your vendor agreement contract. NOTE THAT ACH BANK TRANSFER IS PREFERRED OVER CREDIT CARD.
